How to add music to Facebook Reels?

Many people ask me how to add my music to Facebook Reels so that Facebook does not block the video. It's very simple, following the instructions below your video will not be blocked on Facebook.

All of my music is copyrighted around the world. I signed a contract with Worner Music Group and CDbaby. They control and manage my copyright on META (Facebook & Instagram) on my behalf. I have to protect my copyrights so that I, my music, all my clients, and all the people who use my music on META are safe.

As a rule, it is not profitable for Facebook to block a video and even more so to delete it, this can be done if your video grossly violates the rules of Facebook. So if your video gets a copyright claim, don't worry, it's okay. My Facebook page is constantly receiving notifications that my videos use copyrighted music. Later, I'll create a post about Facebook's copyright claims and post it on this blog.

You can upload short videos with a maximum length of 90 seconds to the Reels section and you will not have copyright issues.

Also, my partners do not delete or block videos. So be calm.

Below is an instruction on how to upload reels so that Facebook does not delete or block your video.

Upload video to Facebook Reels section:

Open the Facebook app on your mobile phone and click (+) to add a new short video, then click 'Reel'.

Next, you need to select a short video (up to 90 seconds) from your gallery. Then you will need to add music from the Facebook catalog.

Adding Facebook Music to your Reel:

Once you have selected a short video, tap on the (music note icon) on the side of the screen. The section (Mix your audio) will open, where you need to add music and adjust the volume. Click on the blue button (Add music) to add music.

A search page will open, in the search bar you need to enter the name of my artist and the track you want to add (for example: AShamaluevMusic - Winter).

(Mix your audio) where you can edit the volume of the added music and the audio volume of your video. Once you've made the setup, click (Done) at the top of the screen.

(Optional) You can add text or various effects.

When you have made all the settings and you like the way the video looks and the audio sounds, click the (Next) button.

Add a cover and description to your Reel:

A window will open where you will be asked to add a name and description to your reel. You can write a short description and add some tags in your video description and you can also tag me (@ashamaluevmusic) in your videos if you want, it's optional (I sometimes watch these videos and give them hearts).

(Optional) Also cover for your video, to add a cover, you need to click the (Edit cover) button. Next, you can attach a vertical photo from your gallery, to do this, click on the button at the bottom of the screen that says (+ Add from gallery).

(Optional) you can also add a location, groups, tag people, you can make a post on Instagram (if you have it connected to Facebook), add to playlists and other options.

Once you're ready to share your reels, click the blue button at the bottom of the screen (Share now).

That's it, your video is published. Hooray! I hope your reels will be successful and get millions of views!
