How to add music to TikTok video?

Many people ask me how to add my music to tiktok video so that TikTok does not block the video. It's very simple, following the instructions below your video will not be blocked on TikTok.

All of my music is copyrighted around the world. I signed a contract with CDbaby and Routenote. They control and manage my copyright on TikTok on my behalf. I have to protect my copyrights so that I, my music, all my clients, and all the people who use my music on TikTok are safe.

The most important thing is to use no more than 60 seconds of music in your TikTok video. TikTok blocks all videos that are longer than 60 seconds, even if your video is 61 seconds, your video will be blocked. This is a TikTok rule and I can't fix it.

Below is an instruction on how to upload videos so that TikTok does not delete or block your video.

Upload video via TikTok app on mobile phone:

Open the TikTok app on your mobile phone and click (+) to add a new video.

Choose the length of your video 15s or 60s.

Then you need to click 'Upload' and select from the list the video (which you want to upload) and click 'Next' button.

Adding sound to your video:

Then you need to add a music track to your video. Click on the 'Sounds' button. in search write my artist name and the name of the music track you want to add (for example 'AShamaluevMusic Beautiful Life'). In the list you will see the track you need and press the red add button.

If your video has sound, 2 audio tracks will sound, to turn off the volume of one track you need to click on the 'Volume' button. In the window you will see 2 volume controls 'Original sound' and 'Added sound'. You can disable one of them.

If your video is longer than one minute or your video has a previously recorded voice and my music track, then you need to disable the 'Added sound' control and click 'Done'. Thus, in your video, the sounds that were originally in the video when uploading will sound. You also indicated which track you are using and tiktok will not delete your video.

Once we've added sound, you can add text to your video if needed.

After you've done everything and your video looks and sounds the way you want, click the 'Next' button.

Add a short description of your video, add some tags, you can also tag me (@ashamaluevmusic) in your videos if you want, it's not necessary. Then press the 'Post' button. Everything, it takes a few minutes for the video to be published.
